Fees are provided here directly, along with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to confirm which service is the right fit for you. Individual and virtual sessions are billed identically.

Psychotherapy

Initial Clinical Intake, 75 minutes $450

A focused first session to understand what brings you in, review your history, and set the direction for treatment. For people who have a clear sense of what they are facing and are ready to begin.

Individual therapy, 50 minutes $325

Individual therapy, 75 minutes $475

Couples therapy, 60 minutes $350

Couples therapy, 90 minutes $525

Diagnostic Assessments

Basic Diagnostic Evaluation $750

90-minute clinical interview, standardized symptom measures, diagnostic formulation and treatment recommendations. Feedback is integrated into your first therapy session.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation $1,200

Clinical interview, personality assessment, and multiple targeted measures, with a dedicated results consultation and written diagnostic summary. For complex or conflicting diagnostic pictures.

Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation $4,200

Ages 16 and up

A full evaluation of attention, cognition, and executive functioning, designed to answer not only whether ADHD is present, but what else may explain or contribute to your difficulties. Includes cognitive and executive functioning testing, continuous performance testing, validity testing, personality assessment, ADHD rating scales, an integrated written report, and a results session.

Assessments are flat package fees, not billed hourly. Each covers the full evaluation: clinical interviewing, all testing and rating scales, scoring and interpretation, and the feedback session where we walk through findings together.

Two ways to begin

Initial Clinical Intake

$450

For people who know what they are dealing with and want to start treatment. We spend 75 minutes on your history, current concerns, and goals, and leave with a shared plan for moving forward.

Basic Diagnostic Evaluation

$750

For people who have been through treatment without a clear picture, or who are carrying questions about what is actually going on. Includes standardized measures and a written diagnostic summary with recommendations.

If an intake shows that a fuller diagnostic picture would help, the intake fee is credited in full toward the evaluation.

Billing

A private-pay practice with out-of-network support.

—Private-pay, out-of-network. Payment is due at the time of service.

—Major credit cards, HSA, and FSA accepted.

—Superbills provided for out-of-network reimbursement.

—Reduced-fee spaces for serious illness. Saga holds a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for people navigating serious medical illness who are experiencing financial strain. If this applies to you, mention it during your complimentary consultation call. Availability is limited, and when spaces are full we will help you find other options.

—Telehealth sessions in MA and AZ are billed at the same rates as in-person care.

Being out-of-network is a deliberate choice. It lets session length, frequency, and the depth of an evaluation be set by clinical need rather than by what a plan will authorize.
